Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program and meeting department-specific credentials such as ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate for chemotherapy administration, ACLS for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty Procedural areas, and PALS for pediatric units (excluding NICU). Newly licensed RNs have a six-month window to obtain these certifications if required.
