Manages clinical-support decision-making, clinical workflows, and clinical staff supervision. Oversees clinical performance and quality improvement activities in the practice including development and implementation of protocols and standardization of work. Serves as a clinical resource and role model for nursing, clinical support team members, clerical staff, and the practice management team.Job DutiesManages nursing staff and clinical support team members directly or indirectly.
