You will provide direct patient care, assist with procedures, administer medications, document in the EMR, and support care plans while upholding confidentiality and HIPAA standards. This role requires 0–2 years of clinical outpatient experience and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient intake, documenting symptoms, history, meds, and vitals.
• Administers medications via oral, inhalation, or injection routes.
• Conducts basic diagnostic testing and collects samples.
• Maintains follow-up with patients through portals and calls.
• Educates patients on treatment plans and prevention.
• Collaborates with providers to support care plans.
• Maintains clinic cleanliness and proper disposal of hazardous materials.
• Monitors logs for narcotics, temperatures, vaccines, and expirations.
• Acts as liaison between patients, families, and providers with HIPAA adherence.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains reliable attendance and policy compliance.
