Responsibilities

• Utilize different methodologies of teaching to accommodate various kinds of learners and achieve expected student outcomes
• Follow institution policies and procedures as stated in the faculty handbook and catalog
• Participate in faculty meetings and collaborate with the Director of Nursing on improvement plans
• Facilitate learning by delivering the fully assigned teaching load
• Supervise students in the clinical setting, as well as Skills/Simulation as needed
• Maintain an actively engaging and welcoming learning environment for students
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to place students in clinical facilities and assist with clinical preceptorship if applicable
