Position Description

In coordination with the Director of Marketing and Business Development, the successful candidate will create a plan to identify, qualify, and build relationships with key referral sources, patients, and families in hospitals within the designated territory to grow Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care's business.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field required
• Active, unencumbered RN license in Kansas and Missouri required
• Two (2) years of relevant nursing or healthcare experience required
• Hospice experience required
• Critical thinking skills at ICU / CCU level required
• Understanding of basic marketing and sales principles required
• Relevant work experience in healthcare sales and/or marketing or specialized training required
• Passion for hospice philosophy of care required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Proficiency in Google Suite required
