Clinical Liaison (LVN Required)

The Aspenwood Company is looking for a dynamic Clinical Liaison to build and nurture key relationships with prospects, families, and healthcare professionals for Spring Creek Village and Wood Glen Court in Spring, Texas. • This position is 100% field-based; daily travel in the local market is a requirement.
• Provide accurate and timely onsite assessments.
• Develops and cultivates relationships with referral sources (hospitals, LTACHs, physicians, senior centers, churches, temples, etc.)
• Ability to successfully review clinicals, collect necessary paperwork, and coordinate prospect move-ins.
• Ability to utilize marketing/sales techniques to generate new business.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure and within time constraints.
• Team player – working closely with internal community sales team to grow census.
