Job summary

Mulberry Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Clinical Liaison to drive census and improve quality mix across assigned Centers. You will expand referrals through active market presence, build durable relationships with hospitals, physicians and community partners, and support budget targets with strategic marketing.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in healthcare sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional sales experience in healthcare.
• Proven history of positive sales results.
• Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers, referral sources and the community.
• Must be computer literate (MS Office/Excel) and compliant with professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Generate appropriate referrals through daily account presence.
• Meet growth and development targets and establish market acceptance rates.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with physicians, hospital staff and community partners.
• Conduct market assessments and develop a marketing plan aligned to budget objectives.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and professional conduct in all interactions.
• Utilize CRM as directed and participate in admissions as needed.
