Job summary

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Clinical Liaison to coordinate referrals and admissions between internal teams and external sources. You will build relationships with case coordinators, physicians, payors, and other referral partners to ensure timely patient placement.

The role emphasizes clinical screenings, timely communications, and a smooth admissions workflow with the Case Coordination team and Medical Director.

Qualifications

• Current Clinical License required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between internal and external referral sources.

Job description

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient October 2026.

Position Summary

The Clinical Liaison acts as a coordinator between internal and external referral sources, and the acute inpatient rehabilitation operations. The Clinical Liaison is responsible for establishing relationships with case coordinators, physicians, payors, and other referral sources. The Clinical Liaison will ensure appropriate patient placement through clinical screenings and assessments in collaboration with both hospital Case Coordination and the Inpatient Rehabilitation Medical Director. The Clinical Liaison works closely with hospital Case Coordinators and the acute inpatient rehabilitation admissions team to ensure a responsive and smooth flowing referral and admission process.

Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Clinical License
• Valid Driver’s License

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
