Johnson County Rehabilitation Hospital at Overland Park is seeking a Clinical Liaison to coordinate between referral sources and our acute inpatient rehabilitation team. You will work with case coordinators, physicians, payors, and other referrals to ensure proper patient placement and a smooth admission process.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and medical terminology knowledge, with pay based on experience.

Formación

• Active clinical license required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.

Position Summary: **Northland Territory Location** The Clinical Liaison acts as a coordinator between internal and external referral sources, and the acute inpatient rehabilitation operations. The Clinical Liaison is responsible for establishing relationships with case coordinators, physicians, payors, and other referral sources. The Clinical Liaison will ensure appropriate patient placement through clinical screenings and assessments in collaboration with both hospital Case Coordination and the Inpatient Rehabilitation Medical Director. The Clinical Liaison works closely with hospital Case Coordinators and the acute inpatient rehabilitation admissions team to ensure a responsive and smooth flowing referral and admission process.
Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Clinical License
• Valid Driver's License
• Desired Qualifications:
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
