Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Tulsa is seeking a Clinical Liaison to advocate for referred patients in pre-admission processes, collaborating with clinical teams to assess needs and coordinate care with physicians and families. You’ll facilitate transfers and address barriers to access post-ICU care.

Candidates should hold RN or RT licenses, have strong communication and relationship-building skills, and be capable of conducting thorough clinical assessments of complex patients.

Qualifications

• Active RN or RT license in good standing.
• Experience in assessing medically complex patients.
• Ability to coordinate pre-admission and patient transfers.

Responsibilities
