Clinical Liaison (Licensed RN, LVN, OTR, PT, RRT) - F/T | Texarkana LTACH

Join us as a Clinical Liaison (Licensed RN, LVN, OTR, PT, RRT) - F/T | Texarkana LTACH at PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Texarkana.

Overview

We seek qualified candidates with a current license in RN, OTR, PT, RRT, or SLP, with at least 2 years of experience in the field, preferably in rehabilitation or LTACH settings. We also consider candidates with substantial healthcare sales experience within hospitals in the Texarkana area, ideally with five or more years of experience, medical knowledge, and established networking relationships.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate referral relationships and manage assigned territory.
• Conduct patient assessments and make sales contacts.
• Analyze referral and admission data, and collaborate with team members to facilitate referrals.
• Provide feedback for program development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders including patients, families, physicians, nurses, discharge planners, case managers, and payers.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited institution in a health field; nursing licensure or respiratory therapy licensure required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the relevant field; marketing and LTACH experience preferred.
