Job summary

Mystic Meadows Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking a marketing liaison to screen prospective residents and coordinate admissions across acute and community settings. The role includes on-site clinical and financial assessments to determine admission appropriateness and collaboration with residents and families to streamline the process.

You will design and implement marketing materials, connect with reporters and advertising representatives, and coordinate events to promote the facility's services

Qualifications

• Excellent management skills.
• Ability to communicate in English both orally and written.
• 3 years related experience in long term care.
• Previous experience with developing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops marketing and promotional materials for the facility.
• Establishes contact with reporters, advertising media, and other advertising representatives.
• Coordinates special events for the facility and community
• Coordinates the implementation of marketing strategy for residents and facility services.
• Acts as liaison between facility and family members and hospital during the admission process.
• Screens all admissions thoroughly to ensure the facility can clinically accommodate and anticipate all needs required.
