Qualifications

• Clinical licensure required.
• Previous clinical experience preferred with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate intake and pre-admission screening process.
• Perform on-site clinical judgment to determine admission suitability.
• Communicate rehabilitation options to patients and families; align expectations for participation.
• Secure information related to patients' resources and benefits.
• Educate physicians, case managers, and other decision makers about the hospital and services.
• Support development and execution of market plans and business growth.
