Salary: $55,000.00 Annually

Summary: The TGH Clinical Liaison will serve as a knowledgeable and supportive resource to all TGH staff while providing quality service delivery to TGH residents and guests. This position involves leadership, training, counseling, and case management services. TGH Clinical Liaison will consistently model and display kindness, dignity, respect, HopeTree’s core values, and professional standards. The Clinical Liaison will assist in coordination of admissions, resident appointments, carry a small case load of outpatient and/or residential clients for weekly psychotherapy, support the daily functioning of TGH, and assist with submission of state required reporting. With the guidance and support of TGH Director, TGH Clinical Liaison may assist with developing and providing training to program staff.

Experience & Education: This position requires a Master’s Degree in a Human Services related field, with Licensed Mental Health Provider (LMHP) or Licensed Mental Health Provider Eligible (LMHP-E) status. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with at risk youth and must be at least 21 years of age.

Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Supports the achievement of the Company’s vision, strategic initiatives, and business objectives, by actively engaging in strategic discussions and projects through the L10 meeting process. Complete L10 Rocks and to-do items in accordance with agreed upon scope and deadlines.
  • Provides weekly psychotherapy (individual and/or group) and case coordination with residents and/or outpatient clients, documenting case notes for each at least weekly.
  • Partners with TGH Leadership to ensure appointments and program runs/appointments are scheduled.
  • Upholds HTFS & TGH Program policies and procedures through modeling, coaching, teaching, and assisting.
  • Works closely with TGH Case Manager, Managers, and Director to review and determine appropriateness of TGH referrals for admission.
  • Conducts intakes/admissions for new residents.
  • Partners with TGH Leadership to conduct regular Treatment Team Meetings.
  • Intervenes to support in crises, responds to emergencies, and initiates action as required, including contact with emergency response systems while focusing on the tenets of harm reduction and trauma-informed care.
  • Provides Clinical Supervision in alignment with State licensing regulations as appropriate.
  • Ensures updated communication to TGH staff at least weekly for each resident.
  • Participates in an environment that promotes quality service delivery and individual growth aligning with agency values through consultation with and training to TGH staff.
  • Completes incident reports, enters incidents into CHRIS, and notifies localities as appropriate.
  • Maintains professional boundaries with all staff and residents.
  • Complies with all applicable state and agency policies and regulations.
  • Promotes a Call it, Own it, Respond, and Execute environment.
  • Performs quality checks on notes from previous day to ensure entry (as needed).
  • Demonstrate leadership skills, emotional intelligence and patience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information, required department documentation, policies, procedures and standard operating procedures, and governmental regulations as required. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, employees, and the general public. Needs to be able to communicate effectively through verbal and written mediums.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts as applicable.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where limited standards may exist. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Adequate knowledge of Windows processing systems and software (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Will need the skills to work with Electronic Health records (as applicable), use HRIS system to for timekeeping, and use of email.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid driver’s license, clear DMV record as well as acceptable background record.
