Job summary

Wisconsin Community Services in Milwaukee, WI, seeks a Clinical Supervisor for the Bakari Center to provide clinical leadership for MST and related programs. You will supervise clinicians, coordinate treatment planning, and ensure fidelity to evidence-based models while supporting staff and youth.

The role emphasizes family engagement, staff development, and delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care in a busy youth services setting.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited college or university.
Holds a current Wisconsin license as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, or can obtain licensure within 90 days of hire.
Three years of experience working with youth, particularly youth experiencing mental health and/or substance use needs.
At least one year of clinical, supervisory, or administrative experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with staff, leadership, families, funders, and community partners.

Responsibilities

Lead the clinical team by providing supervision, direction, coaching, and support to Clinicians, the MST Supervisor, interns/field students, and Youth Coordinator.
Provide weekly individual supervision and facilitate clinical staffing and consultation meetings.
Oversee clinical assessments, intakes, treatment planning, interventions, and ongoing treatment progress for youth.
Ensure services are delivered with fidelity to the Integrated Treatment Model and Multi-Systemic Therapy.
Review and approve care plans, treatment plans, safety protocols, and suicide protocols.
