Qualifications

• Registered professional nurse with current NY license.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience with some charge nurse/supervisory experience preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, OCN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing practice and promote patient experience through Relationship Centered Care.
• Ensure effective Purposeful Hourly Rounding (PHR) and staff competency.
• Perform daily rounding and communicate patient experience data to the care team.
• Collaborate with physician dyad and escalate concerns as needed.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across shifts.
