Job summary

The Homestead facility, part of Finger Lakes Health, seeks a Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing units and provide direct clinical supervision under the Director of Nursing - LTC. You will ensure high standards of patient care and coordinate with care teams.

Requirements include NYS RN licensure, BSN preferred, BLS via RQI, CPI within 90 days, and at least one year of nursing experience with LTC and supervisory exposure preferred. The role is full-time, on-site, with a rotating shift.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Registered Professional Nursing.
• Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse licensure.
• BLS through the RQI system during clinical orientation.
• CPI obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum: One year of nursing experience; LTC & supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with NYSDOH requirements and strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
