Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Clinical Leader Intern in Campbell, CA. This hands-on internship blends direct care with early leadership exposure, under supervision of licensed clinicians, delivering 1:1 ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings.

You will follow treatment plans, participate in shadowing, and receive mentorship through CSD University. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Psychology or related field and 2+ years of related experience (or 1+ year + 12 ABA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, or related field.
• 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification, or 1+ year with 12 ABA units
• Reliable transportation and valid vaccination proof (CA mandates)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders.
• Assist with documentation and treatment fidelity; participate in coaching sessions.
