Job summary

Wilder in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Clinical Manager of ARMHS, CTSS, and Peer Specialists to lead rehabilitative and peer services within a CC BCHC framework. You will supervise teams across youth interventions, adult recovery, and peer networks.

A licensed mental health professional with board-approved supervision experience is required, with at least five years of licensed clinical work and three years in senior supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Counseling is required.
• Licensure as a Mental Health Professional is required; LICSW preferred, LPCC/LMFT/LP considered.
• Board-approved or certified to provide clinical supervision toward licensure, as applicable.
• Minimum five years fully licensed with direct clinical care experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise other supervisors and provide direct supervision to peer specialists.
• Lead teams across ARMHS, CTSS, and Peer Specialists to deliver integrated care.
• Collaborate with senior clinical leaders to ensure whole-person, whole-family care.
• Ensure compliance with trauma-informed care practices and organizational policies.
