Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Florida.
• MSN degree required or actively enrolled.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Ability to practice autonomously and influence care outcomes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• National nursing certification required within 6 months of hire.

• Demonstrated ability to practice autonomously and manage patient care outcomes
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to influence practice and drive adoption of evidence-based care

Certification Requirements

• National nursing certification required within 6 months of hire
