Position Purpose:
Serves as a clinical expert to ensure patient care needs are met, safe care is provided, quality measures are attained, and an exceptional care experience is delivered. Acts as a resource and mentor for colleagues in all aspects of patient care, fostering ongoing professional development. Provides leadership to align patient and family needs with available resources through collaboration within the department and organization.
