Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Lead Supervisor for our River North Clinic. This is your opportunity to shape the future of our center by building and leading a dynamic team of BCBAs and RBTs from the ground up, making a meaningful impact—one child, one family at a time.

Compensation

• Base pay range: $83,000.00/yr - $93,000.00/yr
• Shared Success Bonus Plan: Earn up to $11,200.00
• Ex. Based Compensation + Shared Success Bonus Plan = $94,200.00+ starting salary for certified BCBAs with 2+ years of leadership experience

What You Will Do

• Supervise a small caseload of clients, shaping their developmental journey
• Conduct assessments and craft individualized treatment programs that directly impact each child's progression
• Provide coaching and mentorship to BCBAs to develop clinical, professional, management, and leadership skills
• Lead and support staff management using organizational behavior management techniques leading to reduced turnover
• Implement quality assurance measures for clinical staff (RBT, BCBA) to ensure we meet all clinical goals
• Plan and co-present monthly group parent training and staff training
• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and individualized treatment programs
• Maintain and oversee compliant clinical documentation, data collection, and reports
• Evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral intervention plans through direct observation and analysis of data
• Provide BCBA student supervision to BCBA students

What Will Set You Apart

• Master\'s Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification, State Licensure from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board BACB
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring BCBAs or graduate students
• Clinical setting experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in systems such as Central Reach
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
