General Summary of Position MedStar Health is looking for a Clinical Lead to join our team atMedStar Good Samaritan Hospital! As a Clinical Lead specializing in Rehabilitation, you willprovide physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology services to patients, to include but not limited to screening and evaluation, treatment planning, treatment implementation, treatment reassessment and revision, patient reevaluation, discharge planning and documentation. Provides leadership and guidance to the Rehab Department associates and possesses and demonstrates appropriate knowledge and technique to provide appropriate clinical care to the specific patient population. Primary Duties: *Oversee daily rehab operations, assist with staffing coordination, and ensure efficient patient scheduling. *Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams. *Ensure accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries while maintaining compliance with standards. *Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to staff, assisting with appraisals and professional growth. *Uphold departmental policies, safety standards, and accreditation requirements while tracking key performance metrics. Qualifications: *Bachelors Degree Graduate of an accredited program in specific discipline (required) *Masters Degree Graduate of an accredited program in specific discipline (preferred) *Doctoral Degree Graduate of an accredited program in specific discipline (preferred) *1-2 years clinical experience (required)
