Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy and related services to patients following established plans of care.
• Screen, evaluate, and develop ongoing treatment plans; manage discharge planning.
• Supervise PTAs and rehab techs per state practice acts and policies.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with regulations governing practice.
• Participate in utilization review, care conferences, and interdisciplinary team activities.
• Develop and enhance therapy programs to support quality outcomes.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and patient rights policies are followed.
