Blue Sage Dental Group in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Clinical Lead who will work directly with providers and supervise the clinical team to keep care safe, organized, and friendly for patients and families. You’ll stand with your team, chairside when needed, and drive daily improvement.

You should bring strong dental clinical experience, knowledge of sterilization and infection control, comfort with children, and CPR certification (N2O a plus).

• Lead, coach, and develop the clinical team, including Dental Assistants and other team members.
• Jump in and assist chairside when your team or providers need you.
• Lead clinical team meetings and help keep everyone informed, connected, and moving in the same direction.
• Maintain a safe and compliant clinical environment.
• Address patient and parent concerns with professionalism, compassion, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and training clinical team members.
• Look for opportunities to make our clinical operations better, simpler, safer, and more efficient.
