Premier Research is seeking a Clinical Lead III to join our Clinical Management team to drive clinical delivery strategies and leadership across studies.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, global regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with PMs and SSU teams to activate sites and manage recruitment targets. A base compensation of $122,000+ USD and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in a clinical/biological/scientific/health-related field or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of experience as a Clinical Lead, onsite monitoring preferred with Risk-Based Monitoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of global processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and soft skills to manage teams and sites.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to persuade and motivate teams and meet targets.

Responsabilités

• Significantly contributes to the KOM meeting to align SSU and clinical delivery strategy with customer budgets and expectations.
• Leads large clinical/SSU teams and risk assessment discussions to identify protocol execution risks.
• Collaborates with PM and support functions to ensure clinical systems are set up, tested, maintained, and capable of reporting needs.
• Work with SSU team to identify, select, and activate sites within timelines and budgets.
• Plan and oversee patient recruitment and retention strategies in collaboration with CRAs.
