Job summary

NPOC Wellness & Hydration in Baltimore, MD seeks a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to lead clinical care across GLP-1 weight management, IV hydration, and peptide therapies. You will be the consistent clinical presence, evaluate and treat, and ensure access to licensed expertise for patients.

Responsibilities include initial/follow-up consultations, comprehensive assessments, labs, treatment plans, Botox/filler procedures, and detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• Active MD/DO Family Nurse Practitioner license in Maryland.
• DEA license current and valid.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Maryland CDS license current.
• Minimum 2 years as practicing FNP.
• IV administration experience.
• Interest or experience in wellness services (GLP-1, IV therapy, peptide therapy).
• Aesthetic injection experience preferred or willing to train within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up consultations for GLP-1 weight management, IV therapy, and peptide programs.
• Perform medical assessments, review histories, order labs, and develop treatment plans.
• Administer IV hydration therapies.
• Administer Botox and dermal fillers with aesthetic judgment.
• Monitor progress, adjust protocols, ensure safety.
• Maintain documentation in IntakeQ per Maryland regulations.
• Answer walk-in clinical questions and support team during office hours.
• Support community outreach and business development when needed.
