Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Clinical Lead for Behavioral Health to provide clinical direction across sites and supervise teams.

The role includes conducting fidelity audits and clinical staffing to maintain fidelity to approved evidence-based practices, while coordinating with partners to optimize service delivery. The ideal candidate has a CSWE-accredited master’s degree, 2+ years of clinical experience, and AZBBHE licensure in good standing, with a focus on improving patient outcomes

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling or related field is required.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience is required.
  • Must be licensed at Associate or Independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) and in good standing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical direction for clinical staff at designated sites.
  • Conduct fidelity audits to ensure adherence to evidence-based practices.
  • Lead scheduled and unscheduled clinical consultations to guide teams and ensure effective programming.

Job Summary

The Clinical Lead provides clinical direction for clinical staff at each designated site. The clinical lead conducts periodic fidelity audits to ensure that clinical staff are maintaining fidelity to approved EBP within each clinical program. The Clinical Lead conducts scheduled clinical staffing as well as unscheduled clinical consultation to assigned clinical teams to provide guidance and direction as well as to ensure that clinical programming and services are effective and efficient in addressing patient/participant and community needs in accordance with CBI Policy and Procedures as well as with contractual, state and Federal requirements and ethical standards. In addition, assists with implementation of initiatives related to integrated outpatient services for Community Bridges Inc., coordinates with internal partners and supervisors for operational clinical optimization.

Skills/Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family or Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience is required of this position.
  • Must be licensed at the Associate or Independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapist. Must be in good standing with the AZBBHE and meets requirements to provide clinical supervision toward licensure.
  • Valid ID required.
