Upstate Medical University in Syracuse is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technologist to perform critical laboratory analyses including Lymphocyte subset and stem cell analysis. The successful candidate will maintain quality control processes and develop new tests while teaching Medical Technology students and fellows.
Qualified applicants must possess a NYS license and have at least 2 years of clinical laboratory experience. This position works Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Job Summary: The Clinical Laboratory Technologist will perform Lymphocyte subset analysis, stem cell analysis, and leukemia/lymphoma analysis in flow cytometry laboratory. The individual will be in charge of maintenance and quality control and perform new test development. The individual will teach Medical Technology students, CP residents and fellows.
