Qualifications

• When the education is met, the candidate must have an associate degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology.
• Additional CLIA 42 CFR493.1489 training/education is acceptable or equivalent.
• Eligible for or currently registered with a nationally recognized certification agency.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and adhere to standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and advanced lab tests ranging from waived to high complexity.
• Applies principles of medical technology to produce reliable results for diagnosis and treatment.
• Works in one or more sections of the Clinical Laboratory and ensures quality results.
