We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor - Full Time Days 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday - Histology. SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE
Manage the day-to-day operation of one section of the clinical or anatomical laboratory. Ensure the quality and timeliness of testing. Oversee equipment, supplies, financial management, schedules, and personnel management. The Supervisor must be qualified as a medical technologist under section 58-1.5(b) of the Subpart, with at least six years of relevant clinical laboratory experience, including two years in a laboratory with a doctoral-level director. The laboratory or blood bank must be part of a hospital, university, health department, medical research institution, or equivalent training environment.
Qualified candidates must communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

Salary for this role ranges from $65,611 to $111,343 annually, depending on experience, education, and hospital needs. This range complies with New York's Salary Transparency Law. The listed salary does not include bonuses, incentives, or other compensation.
