Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation independently.
• Adhere to quality control, QA standards, and safety procedures.
• Assist with specimen processing, inventory, and training of new staff.
• Maintain ongoing competency and participate in continuing education requirements.
• Ensure accurate test results and timely reporting.
