Qualifications

• NAACLS-accredited MLS/CLS program required.
• 4-year college or hospital-based medical technology program required.
• Bachelor's degree with biology/chemistry/math and medical technology training required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized clinical laboratory testing across chemistry, microbiology, hematology, molecular diagnostics, immunology, and immunohematology.
• Interpret and verify test results, troubleshoot discrepancies and equipment malfunctions, implement corrective actions.
• Collect, prepare, and evaluate patient specimens with proper handling, preservation, and documentation.
• Perform quality control, proficiency testing, equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting in accordance with accreditation and regulatory standards.

NAACLS-accredited Medical Laboratory Scientist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist program

4-year college or hospital-based medical technology program

Bachelor's degree with biology, chemistry and mathematics plus medical technology degree
