Qualifications

• The Clinical Laboratory Scientist I performs laboratory analysis on clinical specimens using established laboratory procedures.
• Recognizes and resolves problems using good laboratory practices.

Responsabilités

• Perform moderate and highly complex laboratory tests according to SOPs.
• Perform, review, and document laboratory quality control procedures.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Prepare reagents for testing.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues affecting test performance or operations.
• Maintain competency on laboratory tasks and procedures.
• Mentor new laboratory personnel on procedures as needed.
