Qualifications

• Requires at least one year of experience performing high complexity testing in hematology, chemistry, blood bank, and microbiology.
• Training or work experience must cover all areas of the clinical laboratory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in biological sciences or equivalent and valid California CLS license are required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to laboratory procedures for collection, processing, and reporting patient test results.
• Follow quality control policies and document corrective actions.
• Perform tests across Hematology, Blood Bank, Chemistry, Urinalysis, Coagulation, Microbiology, Immunology.
• Assist in maintenance of instruments and equipment as needed.
