Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university is required.
• Candidates may be eligible without current certification if they meet certain routes.
• Knowledge of clinical laboratory testing policies and procedures, and QA/QC principles.
• Ability to read and interpret written instructions and communicate with team.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of laboratory tests and procedures, including advanced analyses.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities with corrective actions.
• Ensure biosafety, biosecurity, and a safe laboratory environment.
• Communicate results and methodology effectively with healthcare providers and colleagues.
