Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or related field.
• Current Clinical Lab Scientist Generalist license (or within 180 days of hire) and certification such as ASCP, AMT, or AAB within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate routine and specialized laboratory tests.
• Prepare specimens, analyze results, and maintain documentation.
• Perform quality control, calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Adhere to safety, regulatory standards, and documentation practices.
• Perform phlebotomy and support communication with patients.
