R&D Partners seeks a Clinical Lab Scientist I to join our Tucson, AZ team for a 12-month contract. The role involves leading clinical and medical research studies, analyzing trial data, and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating with healthcare professionals and research teams.

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS in Life Sciences with 1–3 years in a clinical lab, and experience with histology or automated IHC is preferred; HT/HTL certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Pay rate is $30 - $32 per hour

12 month contract

Your main responsibilities as a Clinical Lab Scientist I:

• Lead clinical and medical research studies
• Analyze clinical trial data and publish findings
• Ensure compliance with medical research regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and research teams
• Support drug and therapy development efforts

What we are looking for in a Clinical Lab Scientist I:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (BA/BS)
• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical lab setting; histology or automated IHC experience preferred. Experience with Ultra Platform is a big plus
• Demonstrates strong teamwork and adaptability, combining a willingness to follow direction with the self-motivation needed to deliver consistent results.
• Preferred: Histotechnologist certification (HT or HTL)
• Experience in clinical trials preferred
