• Generalist experience in chemistry, hematology, blood bank, coagulation, urinalysis, and microbiology preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and high-complexity laboratory testing across all general laboratory departments.
• Analyze, interpret, and verify laboratory results accurately and efficiently.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instrumentation.
• Perform quality control and quality assurance procedures.
• Maintain compliance with CAP, CLIA, and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Participate in the laboratory's varied shift schedule and on-call rotation.
