Randstad USA seeks a detail-oriented Clinical Labeling Support Specialist to assist in creating, reviewing, and coordinating clinical drug supply labels in North Chicago, IL. This contract role provides hybrid work in a highly regulated, quality-driven environment with global collaboration.

You will support cross-functional labeling documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage study labels with precision and timely data entry.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, strong data entry and document review experience.
  • Proven data entry and document review experience with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with GMP/SOP regulated environments and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Transfer, create, and design clinical labels in accordance with regulatory requirements and source documents.
  • Proofread label proofs with exceptional accuracy to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Coordinate labeling documentation, approvals, and workflows with internal teams and worldwide affiliates.
  • Manage assigned study labels independently while maintaining accurate data entry.
  • Adjust daily priorities flexibly to support shifting business needs and labeling projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong computer proficiency with the ability to learn new technical systems quickly.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly regulated (GMP/SOP) environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, English, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with Adobe software, Smartsheets, or Excel.
  • Prior experience or background in label design.
