• Must possess WV HCTP license or WV Trainee license as required by state.
• BS in MLS/CLLS or related science; CLIA grandfathered exceptions considered.
• ASCP/AMT certification preferred for MT/MLS role.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze samples accurately and timely.
• Set up, run, maintain, and adjust laboratory instruments per policy.
• Perform quality control and infection control measures.
• May perform phlebotomy procedures on patients as needed.
• Document results and report findings to nurses/physicians.
• Maintain patient and specimen records neatly and securely.
