Job summary

Revvity Omics, a division of Revvity, seeks a Clinical Lab Technologist I in Pittsburgh to perform tests, prepare specimens, and support diagnostic workflows in a state-of-the-art omics lab. The role operates Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and requires compliance with PHI handling and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a life science and have 0–1 year of lab experience, with flexibility for overtime and strong communication skills to collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical or biological science or clinical laboratory science.
• 0-1 year of clinical laboratory experience preferred but not required.
• Must be flexible with time and adaptable to change and overtime.
• Certification by ASCP, AAB, AMT or licensing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical laboratory tests and analyses to aid diagnosis and treatment.
• Prepares specimens and labels reagents for testing.
• Maintains accurate work records and quality control documentation.
• Ensures instrument calibration and proper function of equipment.
• Adheres to CLIA, CAP and local regulations and protects PHI.
