Job summary

Everlywell is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist to support accurate, timely clinical laboratory testing in a high-throughput environment. This non-supervisory role handles specimen processing and moderate- to high-complexity testing per procedures, quality requirements, and training.

You will work with leadership and the lab team to maintain quality, investigate issues, document actions, and ensure patient results are released only when the testing system meets performance specs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role.
• 1 year experience running and troubleshooting Chemistry analyzers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or a NAACLS-recognized equivalent; ASCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process, identify, sort, log, and prepare specimens.
• Perform clinical laboratory testing using general chemistry methods.
• Review QC data, calibrations, and instrument performance.
• Recognize issues and notify supervisors.
• Document deviations and corrective actions.
• Withhold results until systems are acceptable.
• Maintain safety and organized workstation.
• Participate in training and competency assessments.
• Support specimen pickup or other operational activities.
