- New graduates accepted depending on education level.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic testing on blood and other specimens (waived, moderate, high complexity).
- Calibrate, run quality control, and maintain instruments and equipment.
- Prepare reagents/ media per procedures or literature.
- Document quality control and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Supervise/educate students and junior staff in principles and lab practices.
- Participate in continuing education and share learnings.
