Job summary

A leading-edge medical laboratory testing company in Burlington, NC is seeking a Technologist to perform tests and analyses in a clinical laboratory setting. Ideal candidates will have a Medical Technologist Degree and 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate testing, maintaining a clean environment, and supporting administrative tasks. Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the US and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. The role is contract-based with shifts from Tuesday to Saturday, 2 PM to 10:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years experience in Clinical Laboratory.
• Meet all City/State licenses or permits to qualify as a Technologist.
• Legal Authorization to Work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests and analysis according to established procedures in designated technical department.
• Monitor tests and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Perform complex chemical extractions.
• Administer various tasks, including answering telephones and maintaining logs/records.
• Train employees and use computerized databases.
