Responsibilities

• Prepare specimens for testing and perform routine laboratory tests.
• Conduct quality control and instrument maintenance.
• Troubleshoot laboratory instruments and communicate results clearly to medical staff.
• Assist with training of laboratory personnel and participate in continuing education.
• Recognize normal and abnormal values and document findings.
