Job summary

Eurofins USA Clinical Diagnostics in Lenexa, KS is hiring a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) at Level I/II/III to perform routine laboratory testing, maintenance, documentation and quality control. The role requires handling potentially infectious samples, aseptic technique and data entry into LIMS, with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The position offers full-time hours, a 3:00pm-11:30pm schedule, and opportunities for growth across CLS levels.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in biological, physical, chemical or clinical laboratory science required.
• Authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Willing to work with potentially infectious blood and body fluids.
• Ability to work with automated and manual platforms.
• Experience with aseptic techniques and PC-based software.
• Strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Examine samples for validity and requirements.
• Perform sample preparation with precision.
• Operate, calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Prepare reagents and materials for testing.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and document actions.
• Adhere to quality, safety standards and timelines.
• Enter data into LIMS and collaborate with team.
