Job summary

Qualifications

• MLT path requires an associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technician.
• MLS path requires a four-year degree in Clinical Laboratory Science.
• ASCP certification within one year from hire is required for both roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform and report tests of all complexity levels per CLIA on patients of all ages.
• Interpret results, report findings, and participate in QA/QC monitoring.
• May perform phlebotomy and specimen processing duties; support research and education.
