Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved discipline specific program (Required).
• Licensure in Tennessee: Medical Laboratory Act and ASCP/AMT certifications may be required or preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs routine and stat clinical pathology testing appropriate to the laboratory discipline and reports results in a timely manner with occasional guidance.
• Provides patient-focused care through accurate performance of routine tests across pre-analytic, analytic and post-analytic stages.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Actively participates in compliance and quality management activities.
• Promotes teamwork and effective communication and collaboration.
