Qualifications

• Demonstrates data analysis in practical applications and reports findings.

• Maintains and troubleshoots laboratory equipment and instruments.

• Trains and mentors other staff to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient-focused care by performing routine and complex tests through all stages (pre-, analytic, post-analytic).
• Conducts qualitative and quantitative procedures with proper QC and timely results.
• Maintains knowledge of techniques and instrumentation and their impact on results.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
